There is always a position in a team that is the weakest player, even if that team is Real Madrid or Man United. There is always room for improvement. FWIW, looking at the team now i'd say the "weak link" would indeed be Hammond, or possibly Jaidi. But that is really scraping around for something to improve.

Rasiak was an S. Saganowski, Bialkowski - they were all S. Zoltan and Andrusewzkaduloololollawhatever are the only two I reckon.
