Pardew has acknowledged it is a major problem and has said he is working to address it. Why not show a little belief in the manager of your team, who has delivered everything he has promised thus far?

Every single person, without fail, is EXPECTING promotion next season. EXPECTING. If we don't go up, Pardew should go. The world is not split into people with ambition (who want success right away) and people with no ambition (who are prepared to wait).
