I think he will do a very good job for us actually. He wasn't good for us under Pearson, but then he never had much of a chance to prove himself - always given 15 minute cameos etc. I wouldn't have tried to sign him personally, but the more I think about it the more I can see him doing a job for us.

Interesting thing about this as well, Football Manager seems to think that away goals count. I can't imagine SI getting something like that wrong, but i'm sure when someone went on the FL website it said nothing at all about away goals?
