  1. I can remember last season when we were playing some fantastic football and then losing, there were certain posters on here making statements of how they "wouldn't care if we were playing sh*t every week and winning" ala Derby 06/07. Why are the same posters STILL moaning? A wins a win, and all that.
  2. The last 12 results of SFC is SFC related, i'll grant you, but only you could call it drivel.
  3. I don't understand this "unpredictability" comment about him. Surely there aren't very many things you can do differently in a game of football? Pass or run, cut inside or go to the byline, cross or play it back, lay it off or shoot...it's mostly one thing or the other.
  4. Just watched it myself and that was a lovely piece of play from Morgan.
  5. It's still more of a 4-5-1, either Connolly or Lambert drop deep, Connolly to pick the ball up and play it out to the wings or Lambert to do the same but also can flick it on for Connolly to run on to.
  6. I repeat for those people cumming in their pants over this...
  7. Murty must have signed afterwards, surely? And John was out of contract so I didn't include him. Forgot about Rasiak though.
  8. A 90 quid black overcoat with...well...denim jeans. And not very easy I should imagine, just ask if there are any available tomorrow.
  9. Davis James Perry Thomas Mills Lallana Morgan Wotton Holmes Saga Paterson Completely disagree. Look at the defence FFS.
  10. Wasn't it Everton who were playing when they went to adverts during play and missed a goal?
  11. As do I, and I have a ST there :axe:
  12. As long as they're available, you can sit where you like. Northam is normally sold out about an hour before kick off though.
  13. Tbf St Will after how personal you got a while back it's quite hypocritical to have a go at Alpine for it now. You stupid c*ck.
  14. Golden Thread just for that fact, it doesn't happen often.
  15. Not for you maybe, but for those of us who enjoy the fact we've won loads of games it sure is a fantastic thread. (9 out of the last 12, FWIW).
  16. I have no idea how that can constitute a reply to what was a fair post with a couple of good points. Unless of course, you have no argument and have been proven wrong.
  17. Obviously not. Or did you ignore what Doctor Jenkins had to say?
  18. If we're still talking about the Orient game, it might be the fact he played the full 90 minutes with concussion after their player headbutted THROUGH Trotman to get to the ball. As for going through a flat spell, just check out one of Nicks fantastic threads about recent results. I'm sure he'd be more than happy to set you straight.
  19. Ah - so we didn't have intent, enthusiasm or energy?
  20. Explain to us exactly what you meant by "made us look like chimps" then.
  21. Your favourite phrases seem to be that and "pretty little triangles". Let me tell you we do not play this way - we play direct. Leyton Orient were very lucky, and even their fans admitted it after the game.
  22. IMO by next season we will see two, if not three new players in our back line anyway...
  23. I thought you two had been to marriage counselling?
  24. He gave him a few, actually. He was sh*t.
  25. "At least this way, they can forget about the boy by having another child and move on. There's no picture of the wife, but I imagine she's a good looker, or this could have been an opportunity for a change for the better." Sorry, but that is a c*ntish statement, plain and simple. Having lost a young family member in the past I can tell you that the last thing any of us would want to do is forget him. As for the insinuation that letting the wife die could be a good opportunity to "change for the better" - well, i'm not even going to bother explaining why that is a disgusting thing to say.
