I think the point people are making about Ormerod is that there are plenty of players out there who put effort in and could have allowed Beattie to score loads of goals. That's how I see it anyways.

No guarantee of that. Mills played in S****horpes first team last season and they got promoted. But I think Mills will be much better than Harding in a year or two anyway.
