I retract my comment about Cotterill, I wouldn't be unhappy with him. On the face of it you're right. But i've said it many a time, he is actually awesome in the air. I have no idea how he does it but he does. Remember Ben Burgess at Blackpool, beating Killer in the air every time? Whenever Perry competed against him in the air he always came out on top.

I'd rotate John and Rasiak based on who is scoring and play them with either White or Paterson to add the work ethic. Sign Jonathan Douglas on a free and play him in CM with Gillett and Schneiderlin fighting for the other spot. Thomson on the right wing, and get Jack Wilshere on loan for left wing. Back four of Murty - Perry - Saejis - Mills. Thomas as back up. Tell Saejis to play a little bit higher up the pitch to reduce the risk of him giving penalties away, with Perry clearing up behind him.
