It's funny how these joint-stats only started when it looked like Ellen White was going to overtake Rooney's goals tally. Kane will inevitably overtake her so at that point will they stop describing her as top English goalscorer or will they go back to separating it? You have to wonder who they're making these comparisons for, you look at the comments under the posts and every single person is telling to to stop being so ridiculous.

@cloggy saint who has reacted with a confused face to this post...it's embarrassing because people like me who actually wanted to go were unable to because it was shown as sold out because they'd sent out freebie tickets to people that didn't even bother going in the end.

I tried to get tickets ages ago and it was listed as sold out. Then more came online...then sold out again. But as you say there were huge blocks left empty. I can only imagine they were tickets sent out to schools or some such which weren't used. Bit embarrassing really.

Anyone else having issues booking tickets through the website for the Leeds game? Everytime I click buy tickets it links me to the "buy a membership" page, despite the fact I already have a membership and the tickets are supposed to be general sale anyway.

I'd actually completely forgot about Lavia. I do disagree that Winks isn't a Saints signing though, I'd put him firmly in the Bertrand, Romeu and KWP category of underappreciated player at a top 6 club that could be available for a knock down price. Romeu will also inevitably drop his levels in the next few seasons. But yeah, with Lavia you're probably right...I still don't see us letting Diallo go without someone else coming in though.

Only if he's better than Diallo, which from what I've heard from those who've seen him and the clips/stats available online Im not confident about.

With the 5 subs rule I think it's the perfect position to be spending money on a back up. It's a high intensity position and after JWP and Romeu there is a sharp drop off in quality.I think it's more likely to be a loan to buy anyway.
