I mentioned three players who would do something different. The players that came on are more of the same but worse individually.

And the players coming on have proved themselves how?

If I looked at the bench now and saw Alcaraz, Onuachu and Sulemana i'd see players there that offer something different to change it. As it is all I see is more of the same with less individual ability.

Who was talking earlier about commentators mentioning United records to be broken? Just said they've never lost after being up by 2 or more goals away from home. 5-2 win incoming!

This management group seems to put too much stock in putting on a display of supporting the manager. Did it last time in the Prem.

It's Martin's naivety. He thinks he knows better because they were able to pass it around freely in the championship - never mind the multiple mistakes a game they Stephens made which 9/10 times didn't matter because it was championship strikers, but in the Prem 9/10 we'll concede from them. Not only that but he changed the formation to get Stephens back in, throwing THB off from everything he's ever known, and has now dropped him because of it. Our starting centrebacks in all seriousness should be THB and ABK but we're not only picking the inferior pairing but giving them long term contracts.

Interesting point. Our defense has been mostly fine this season, but 5 out of the 7 goals we've conceded can be directly attributed to one player - Stephens.

I get where you're coming from but if you view it again a different way - his close control of the ball takes it just far enough away from the three players that close him down that they're unable to make a tackle because they'd be going straight through him. Not saying it's a goal of the season contender but his ability with the ball at his feet is frightening. We need to do a Chelsea and tie him down to a 6 year contract.

Again? He never played at this level. He barely played at Championship level.

Can we stop the nonsense about players joining us to play Martin's brand of football please. Nobody has joined us because they are desperate to play a certain type of football. I'd also debate that we can play that style of football well now that we're in the Prem. A lot of people myself included said last season that he might get us promoted but his style would be suicidal in the Prem.
