Fortes miss was pretty bad, but had it been on the opposite side I think he would have scored - he just didn't feel comfortable shooting with his left foot, which is fair enough seeing as he is a squad player in league one. Chances are he'll only ever make a handful of appearances for us before moving on.

Been very impressed. It seems to be the norm for our fans nowadays to not like anyone who didn't cost us a bomb or come with glowing reports from their previous club. I could understand if people were biased because of his disastrous performance away to MK Dons last season when he was chucked on at left back, but no-one has even mentioned it before. If he keeps up this level of performance i'm more than happy with our cover at CM.

Thinking about it I can remember looking over at the directors box and seeing his usual seat empty, but I just assumed he was sitting inside because it was so cold. Fair play to him, whatever the reason.
