  1. Where did you get that from?
  2. Yeah, got my dates mixed up. I clump those few years in the Championship together and try to forget about them, mostly.
  3. Alan Bennett. Turned out alright in the end, remember an absolutely outstanding display at home to Cardiff.
  4. He was brilliant. Played on loan at the start of the 07/08 season - same time as Jack Cork. EDIT again; sorry, he was an emergency loan in october. http://www.soccerbase.com/players/player.sd?player_id=46001
  5. I love how they slightly twisted his words here; He never actually said that. No wonder Brighton fans think he's arrogant.
  6. No toys, no pram. I was just a bit annoyed that i'd potentially spent £30 on an error with no chance of a refund.
  7. http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/sport/football/3884760/Saints-bid-to-land-Maynard-on-cheap.html As rumours "backed up" by quotes go, that is utterly pathetic.
  8. Sorted it. Anyone encountering the same error, try tweaking your antivirus software - it might be recognising it as a threat.
  9. As on football forums... ...And quelle surprise, it doesn't work. "A serious error was encounted and the program has had to close. An error file has been created in;.....blah blah". So, what do I do with this error file to get the f*cking problem fixed?
  10. I noticed it's been a staggering 29 games since we had a 0-0.
  11. I'd imagine that the more away fans there are, the more noise they make, the harder it is to hear the Northam. In reverse I only heard the West Ham fans once from block 42 because the Northam was making so much noise.
  12. I guarantee you none of the people on that panel saw our game other than the highlights. What a pointless award.
  13. That is a f*cking awful advert...but it sounds like it's got "we hate Pompey" in the background. Anyone else?
  14. He didn't have to make his mind up. He knew it was a foul. The reason he gave the free-kick straight away is because it looked like the ball was going straight through. It was only because he blew the whistle that the WHU defender slowed down allowing De Ridder to get to the ball.
  15. I didn't say it was a bad thing.
  16. Sounds like he was executed on the spot to me.
  17. I don't, you'd get less people going to the football.
  18. I think people are being very unfair. The ref had to make a split second decision - I don't think he saw De Ridder as the West Ham defender was blocking his view - and he couldn't play advantage AFTER he'd blown the whistle.
  19. Thinking about it, surely there would be seats with obstructed viewing if they did that due to where the TV cameras need to go?
  20. In fairness Jos looks like what Seaborne will be one day.
  21. That p*ssed me right off. Little bits of niggly gamesmanship like that should be worthy of a booking. On that note, don't you get booked if you call "leave it" as an opponent is about to receive the ball? Surely it's a similar line of offence?
  22. Maybe not an expansion, but a train station for shuttle services could be on the cards?
  23. If he takes us as far as a top 10 finish in the Prem, then i'd agree.
  24. Highlights are up on Saintsplayer now.
