Well that was a helluva lot more enjoyable than watching England play hoofball. If Sturridge gets 100% fit that team could do something Not great for the neutrals but well done to the mixed up kids & old farts for being able to play football and have around 60% possession against a South American Football team. Are you watching Roy Hodgson???? Are you waaahaatching Roy Hodgson While sitting alongside Trev that was

Just for us Sci-Fi fans So, finally after ALL of these years waiting. Dear old Douglas Adams - how on earth did he know? That the meaning of Life, The Universe and Everything Would be the exact time by which Bradley Wiggins destroyed the best in the world 42. So there we have it. Bradley Wiggins IS the Meaning of Life. Sorry felt the need to be frivolous having just watched Apollo 18 It was OK, but Moon was a far better movie

I'm reminded of an old Monty Python football sketch. Davis, through to Davies, cuts back inside to Davis who lays it off to Davis....

Oh please note that my previous post on the fact that she will NOT become a rusting hulk is a "news report" Personally my opinion is that she should never have been sold and should have stayed in Southampton.

Uh, actually no. The plans to move her to the (all but bankrupt) Nakheel Palm Island are abandoned, however it was recently announced that she will remain berthed in Port Rashid where she has been since she came here. The GOOD news is that she will now form the centrepiece of a more accessible "Inner City" Maritime attraction and while some cabins will be enlarged she is to be converted into the hotel and will not lose her funnel. Project is expected to be completed late 2013 (which in Dubai Project Management terms means 2016) http://gulftoday.ae/portal/9e5ead84-5e5c-4d71-8617-576263414fb8.aspx

Well, Brazil weren't at their best. They were missing Julie do Prado

Will see. Got a load of Series DVD's based on comments by you lot over the past few months Breaking Bad S1-4, Awake, Homeland, Star Trek S1, Spartacus S1 & 2, and second half of Fringe S4, Missing S1, Once Upon a Time S1 Only the latter two have been shown down here and then only 1st half seasons so far. Not a huge fan of the gritty Cop Show genres tbh hence why they didn't make the must get list Will see what rocks out of that lot
-
Well done. And made funnier by some REALLY bored Aussie tater on our coverage summing up ...... The Brazilians were very slick but lacked penetration.

And he hasn't stuck his head up by losing the plot on a forum I have sympathy for him and many others including some very good mates back home that I played cricket with for almost 25 years

That's the one. Think I probably burned the other two so it could never scare me again...
