The Fourth Kind Mill Jevovich While it boasts a handful of shocks, The Fourth Kind is hokey and clumsy and makes its close encounters seem eerily mundane." An enjoyable early evening scare for the other half But a decent idea for a movie Saying anything else about it ruins it so enjoy it on TV sometime

Look, this is all speculative rubbish. It must be. the troll told us so. Lampitt also told us Vlad was "The Real Deal"...

No, no NO, and again NO. Such extravagant overspending YET AGAIN will only doom them. I already FOUND their new stadium for them back last summer. One they can afford and will give their fans the comfort they deserve Look, it even has the perfect sized Bench for them

Some snippets based on gossip/hearsay. NC has indicated that he would not entertain an approach to buy the club that was "Leveraged" ie Hicks & Gilett/Rangers style damned if I can recall when but may have been teh Solent Interview. Rumours persist of an approach that attempted just this by the muppets who ended up at Nottarf being rejected out of hand. FC's post on the difference between Debt & Equity was spot on. IF The Liebherr family want their money back THEN the club can be sold anything over the 20mil is a profit. The KEY then is what does the new buyer do with his accounting. Again the same will apply it is either described as a "loan" or converted into pieces of paper - ie shares ie equity. Chelsea & Citeh will bring their Operating Costs closer to their income and the "loans" by their benefactors will be converted to - equity - this brings them in line with UEFA FPP regulations. There is a technical difference between a loan and a share that the accounting Department of TSW PST can explain. But in one you get your money back from the club, in the other somebody else gives you money How much to establish in the PL? A SIMPE equation - 100 mil in "Bank Gurantees" The maths 60mil TV money & 40 mil of Parachute payments. That cash is not given in "one lump" so there MAY be times (Transfer Window in Year One) where more of that is paid out than has been earnt at that time - So the owner MAY need to secure a Cash Flow management plan (eg 60 mil over 6 months of the season = 10mil a month, You want to spend 25 mil on players you need a "bank loan" OR an "HP Deal" on the player) So you go up you are Guaranteed 100 mil spread over 5 years. Any PROFESSIONALLY RUN CLUB can PLAN their cash flow based on that, BUT because it will not be a lump sum, the owner MAY have to stump up in the Transfer Window To get to "Challenge for CL Place" you would be looking to find a way to secure around 200 mil of Investment into the club (just based on some maths and comparsions) Obviously, a CL Club is worth - around 150/200mil so the value of the equity can equal the value of the club. All of which is great. But as SLH PLC found out. Running the damned thing is NOT as easy as that all makes out. One mistake and you are dead. (Wolves) Two mistakes you are WHU Ten Mistakes you are Rupert 100 Mistakes and you are a laughing stock

We get a paper delivered. It's free. It's called 7Days. It only comes 5 days a week. On the other two days I find a Sudoku book works just as well

Dear skate morons. Stop making yourselves look even MORE like a bunch of w@nkers than you already are. You think the answer is to haranque us on attendance - ROFL You think the answer is berate us about your "TM" intimidating Atmosphere. ROFL - EVERY Football Club in THE WORLD can put on an Intimidating Atmosphere. You think you were noisy? You should have heard the noise in Anderlecht. (Oh where were you when that was going on?) Or MORE so in the home game? You should have heard the noise in Bucharest. You only take a small number but they make a lot of noise? Ha You should have heard the noise the 300 made in Marseille as we were Shot at and charged by 30,000 morons. You should have seen the fans laying on stretchers at the Airport on Drips - STILL SINGING Keep opening your fingers you morons. All you can show in regard to the Atmosphere is Paul Merson and Thierry Henry? Well here is an answer F\/ck off. We were there WAY before you even dreamed of getting you webbed fingers to work on a Keyboard Pick your own choice it is not that difficult You are "Intimidating", well of course you are - because you are DINOSAURS. The opposition aren't intimidated by a few multi fingered mongs, they are scared in case pieces of the STADIUM fall off. |Intinidating" went out with the Dinosaurs of the Millwall fans that destroyed Luton's ground on TV, the Leeds Fans who - well. IT IS ALL ABOUT THE 1970'S WITH YOU LOT. The World game has moved on. http://www.google.ae/search?q=The+Dell+%2B+Intimidating+%2B+Southampton&hl=ar&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-SearchBox&rlz=1I7SMSN_en___GB373&prmd=imvns&ei=c4hrT4XbN8Wn0QWZ0JDOBg&start=0&sa=N&biw=1280&bih=799 Oh and Atmosphere or fans?

Ah Wembley. Can someone remind me of how many WE took to Wembley? Obviously it was a mickey mouse competition so nobody would have bothered with the cost and effort of going all the way up there. I can't remember the day very well for some reason, could somebody remind me whether the few who bothered actually made any noise?
-
Was trying to think of a comparison. A few people who make a lot of noise. Well, there was my son's old Emo Band - Death of Eighty they made a noise and had passionate Mosh Pits going there's the guys in the General Strike down in Portugal at the moment, they are pretty good, hell actually some of the Unite boys step up to the plate, and of course the "Good Old Student Protestors" Yeah think that is a good link, maybe you can think of some more. BUT And this is the ENTIRE GODDAM FECKING POINT WHICH THEY DO NOT GET Nobody, Sane, Solvent or Legal is going to throw truck loads of money at ANY of them JUST FOR FUN. They will want a return. Average crowd 15,000 Minimum cash needed 15 million Simply cannot understand WHY they are SO THICK they are still asking for it to be put into their "club" It would make FAR more sense to ask for it to be given to each of them Grand in your pocket each or more Shame....

Hmmm Seeing how we love insane speculation, making 2 + 2 equal 7 (no not in a poopey Accounting way) We build conspiracies out of the merest sniff of a Tweet. That link COULD provide the start of a Journey which will actually lead us to THE TRUTH. How else to describe the Mass Hysteria. The Insane Decisions, The Hallucinations (The Park is Packed), The Self Mutilation (TCWTB), The Delusions (Bestest Fans TM) Heck, even The Owners who didn't exist. Clearly, they have been the subject of ANOTHER Secret CIA experiment. Obviously it was not Fat in the Pipes, it was an LSD Dispenser The truth IS out there.

How much have their "Community Charity Progamme" raised this past year? Saints Foundation like everything else about us these days is this above that decrepid cess pit Hell, even our FOOTBALL is Smooth & Silky these days

True. We're doing Eurocamp around Italy after my daughter's wedding 9 nights at 283 quid for the two of us, mixing Beaches & lakes 3 nights hotel at 40 Euros a night (4* of course) and 4 nights in an Agro Toruisme Apartment at 60 Euro a night. Airmiles to Rome from here cost 120 quid for two of us (Flying my Mum from LHR - Rome on Alitalia was 110 quid all in return full service airline - just for the wedding part) Car Rental cost $750 for the 15 days we are there as we had to have an estate for getting people & luggage to the wedding but could have got a Fiat Panda for around $400. It's about what you want out of a Holiday and what you can afford. Abruzzo around Pescara is stunning and as cheap as chips. The TRICK for doing something "further away" is to see some of the country and culture and avoid a Package Holiday or "Tourist Hot Spot" like the plague. Good thing about Europe is you can always find someone who knows special places now - thanks to Ryanair & SleazyJet. When you go further afield the first time, it can be a little more daunting. Not so many have been long haul though. Orchard Towers, Soi Katoy, Pimps & Touts. Jewellery Factories, Skimming Credit Card numbers, Happy Endings. The biggest disaster that most Long Haul tourists make is to be "scared" to leave the hotel that drives them to book All-Inclusive holidays (or Full Board) - In SE Asia, the Food and the street-side restaurants are 1) Cheap as Chips and 2) a huge part of the fun & experience. OP asked about all inclusive holidays - quite a few pointed out they may not be the best idea unless you really are on a beach in the middle of nowhere
