  1. Just an input while I wait for my toast to pop up. Leon put in the cash to keep us running, however it wasn't totally a "grand gesture" think back to The Legends match (which sort of fizzled out). That was suppoed to be the admin money earner. Now, wonder why the 12th man hasn't thought of that idea? Legends vs cheats at nottarf
  2. Well, I'm off to my 2nd fav curry house - Chicken Tikka Inn, then home for OSH & the WHU game on Saintsplayer. Mind you, the cost was high, tickets to James Blunt on Thursday as the actual gift. "Ah he sings such lovely romantic songs..." Anyways I found this link - I lol at some of the ecards. http://www.someecards.com/valentines-day-cards/most-sent-today/2/20 Anyone else found something to chortle about or doing something daft? Oh and yes they are links so you can just save energy by clicking one and sending it even if you don't read the rest
  3. So get onto it guys Cannot get iplayer over here
  4. WRONG You do know that CSI looked into buying Rangers don't you? Was reported in the press at the time and mentioned on Ruma mafia http://rumafia.com/material.php?id=220 Of course, nobody at the FL or The Directors or Voldemort bothered to google the words CSI Scam and Portsmouth, so it must all be someone else's fault
  5. Bloody Hell. Alistair Cook beat Pakistan by 7 runs this evening. Didn't see that coming. Well bowled Steve Finn. Now wait & see what happens when England try and bat under the lights here
  6. Find the links to the press statements and send THOSE in
  7. Hang about. So CSI pumped in 10.8mil They owed Chinny 17 mil. They owed Sacha 2.8mil CVA is 16mil 46.6mil of debt Sorry, I'm no Forensic Accountant but to me that shows that at the start of this season they made NO provision, NO plan and NO preparation to pay off their Creditors, secured or otherwise. They had 10.8 mil injection of cash or Loan Guarantees from CSI, CSI were conned into paying 27.8mil out for that pile of crap? No wonder they wanted to do it on installments. From these basic bits of information, Lumpitt must be extremely close to overtaking Peter Storrie in the race to become THE most incompetent CEO of all time in any form of business. Hell, he's giving Fred Goodwin a run for his money at this rate
  8. http://footballmanagement.wordpress.com/no-of-clubs/ Very interesting reading
  9. I had a cousin who was special. He got sod all from the State, all the burden fell on his family. They aren't special, they are diseased.
  10. http://www.fcbusiness.co.uk/ The guy who runs this mag was just on Sky News talking about Rangers & poopey. Nothing much, just a whole bunch of other clubs set to follow them, but seems a professional operation is well informed and no, damned if I am going to subscribe to it. Good news. So poopey will go into Admin again and scrape through to the end of the season. When the transfer window opens again. Won't be nobody worrying about a sustainable team in 2012/13, that is for sure. Shame they ain't got no kids left
  11. Not wishing to pick any holes in any arguments Interesting that Chinny is supposed to have put in 17mil and is still owed 17mil, or maybe he didn't put in 17mil and is still owed 17mil Misses out one minor fact to help it run true. He was lending his money at a reported 10% to 20% interest. How long has he been around now? I get confused with so many owners, and yet his amount hasn't changed in all that time. Jeez wish Credit Card companies worked out their interest charges the same way eh gang? Either he's been getting paid all the time when others aren't or someone's making up the facts about his debt
  12. That's how they work, news & other people have accounts with them and use their stock images, most times I notice it in the DT. Only found that as I was pinging some of the pics out to people from the golf here but also a mate worked in Vegas at the 7's at the weekend and needed the link, I was looking for that and bingo - there was our game. Might be a new source of caption comp source material in future
  13. Build up Disasters. 1) Honey, where are we going for Valentine's Night Dinner? Why upstairs to the office with a PIzza of course, have to listen to SaintsPlayer, crunch game away to... ouch or 2) Ooh have you got me a present for Valentines Day? Uh yes, I got a case of Old Speckled Hen. WTF? How is that for ME? Well darling it will make me Happy and you always say ...ouch So tough juggling act for many wimps I suppose. Would also start with Hammond & Punch for this one, although can see that Guly's extra height would be helpful. Simply don't think Big Sam would be so naive as to give us room to play them off the park with Morgan & Cork starting in CM
  14. http://www.gettyimages.com/Search/Search.aspx?EventId=138629839&EditorialProduct=Sport# Link to pics from game by my mates from Getty. (Posted on match thread they uploaded more since)
  15. Richard Chaplow = Peter Osgood. Lol But good read otherwise
  16. FFS they can't even come up with their OWN ideas for a protest! I suggested that about 3 years ago when we were debating what to do to protest at Lowe. It was turned down as being too ghey. Typical few, always stealing
  17. Was really worried about this game. Another defeat and doom & gloom, but we move onwards and upwards and big weight off the minds of the lads, Happy bunny here tonight
