One employee tweet with the wrong message is one thing, but then because they are "Advisors" they will also be preparing reports and advice to KL & her team (unless her team have the resources themselves) This and many other sources Press, FB etc will be feeding back "the feelings of the customer" in case something critical and un-thought of comes up and needs to be added to the "Damage Limitation" or "Crisis Management" programme.)

But, most of us on here have been very "careful" about that. Those structures and ideas were already sitting in a Filing Cabinet at SMS in Rupert's old office. He never had the MONEY to really implement them. (Or the correct decision making processes) Academy & Clive Woodward and Department Heads vs Academy Les Reed and Department heads PLUS money. The rest could have been plucked from any Business Plan on the planet including Swansea's YES NC was able to IMPLEMENT and had started to deliver and made many many GOOD decisions (compared to Rupert) and stands head and shoulders above him.

My thoughts KL wanted NC to stay. Non Exec's are very common in most large companies IF I was the owner I would want to know what was going on in MY business. Having reached a level we are now at, perhaps I would want more than a set of Financials and an email asking for more funds (n.b. NO idea what the reporting process was) NC will find it INCREDIBLY difficult to find another position where he is total master of his own destiny UNLESS he has his own money and clearly tried every trick in the book to keep control KL turning up at Summer training and WANTING to be involved is the Rat in the Kitchen. Surely if she simply wanted to have "more control" over NC she would have done that in a meeting? Actually going to watch pre-season tour stuff, hell only TRULY dedicated fans (and local like Alps) plan their summer trips to watch pre-season.... So why? 1) She thought NC was out of control (unlikely as she clearly made attempts to keep him) 2) She wanted NC to make the club ready to sell (Well, yes the PR campaign these past months certainly raised the profile, but seemed more NC focused than Club focused so my take is that was him trying to influence her (or her advisors) to back off) 3) She actually has caught the bug in the same way as her father and found it to be more interesting and fun than being a traditional Swiss Business Person Time will tell. I have a sneaking feeling it may be the latter which COULD be good news. Some of the non-repeatable scuttlebut out there about possible new owners who MIGHT be interested is as daft as Paul Allens Yacht or Riquelme signing for the skates and totally not worth even guessing at, but somehow as KL does not NEED the money I don't see her selling her Father's dream to a dodgy numpty. But we may have to change our name/shirt colour yadda yadda yadda yeah right, most produced by skates or jealous bompey fans who can't decide which end to sit in for their cup match no doubt.

Oh and can I just say. Good Morning to the guys from Allen & Overy who are reading all this stuff and assembling reports on the rest of Social Media. Welcome t o our forum, don't worry, it will take you 2 or 3 years to understand some of the "In-Jokes". Oh and seeing as YOU are being paid to read this and report, then as this costs money to run then the LEAST you can do is to send your Subscription to Granty (See how to subscribe when you sing in) You can ADD your margin and VAT when you charge it back to KL. Oh and the Journos? Sod off and find your own material

Morning all. So now in the cold light of day and taking a step back all of this seems so obvious. Heck there must have been a dozen threads which gave the clues. The latest Neil Ashton article shows this was not new, But as others mentioned, MP stopping English Lessons, Keeping the Translator (He is in for a tough day today), SRL being "Off the boil". and for me the most weird was the sudden emergence of The Daily Mail as our Champion these past months. Some VERY interesting games that I guess NONE of our speculation have come close to must have been playing out. Clearly a picture is emerging. For me THE most important one is that KL - SHOWED INTEREST, WANTED TO GET INVOLVED. So far I have not seen the words Takeover, Put the brakes on. So many times we have said the Trist/Family seemed not to care. All the indicators that the PR onslaught have shown so far indicates to me at least that actually, She IS interested in the project. I'm gonna agree with Glasgow here. I think it is a very dangerous couple of days but like losing NA. I'll just read some of todays drivel and keep my powder dry.

It is almost a year since NA left and we went into meltdown and pages of speculation. We couldn't understand it. And like Karma to the skates, here we sit with a heavy dose of Deja Vu. A lot of people in the post NA departure posts ended up looking very stupid. Same is going to happen this time. Time to take a breath, say thankyou Nicola for the past few years of being able to hold our heads high as fans again. And see what the coming days bring. It's happened, we are shocked and stunned, and nothing we speculate rant or rave about is going to make a blind bit of difference other than burning a few Megabytes of Data Storage costs somewhere in the Cloud. Just thinking back a moment. Some time ago (through the blur of OSH) there were stories that NC was on a big bonus or percentage IF/WHEN the Liebherrs sold the club. Just wondering to myself why the hell he would "quit" over the fact that they family wanted to sell and leave 4, 6 or 10 million on the table. The only logic in this scenario would be that the sake has gone through and NC is not wanted by the new owners... ( No idea if my memory is correct on the bonus of course)
