I think it would be. If not the leisure world site definitely is and a much better use than the car park it currently is and the dull long term plans for the site. Why do we need another cinema, or another casino? Both far better locations than the gas works.

Im not sure that is his schtick at all, I thought he was always pretty respectful and it was just debating opinions and policies. The irony is that his reasons for doing it were that once you stop debating and communicating with the “other side” it all becomes dehumanised and that’s when the violence starts.

Surely the toys r us site is the best place for this to be built? Right by the train station, hotels nearby etc I wish it would get built somewhere though, the South doesn’t have a modern large indoor venue any more.
