I'd suggest that Adam speaks to the many Ex Saints, who thought they were better than this club, and as to how they faired, but not Gareth as he has made it at the top. Adam is much better than L1, definitely CCC, maybe lower PL. IMO

I disagree, we should be after players who play CCC football, are young, and could step up to the PL, Antonio, whilst a good impact sub when with us, is hardly setting the world on fire at Reading. Many of the others mentioned, are they potential PL players? Some on here mention players as 'squad' players, we have been down that route all ready, and it took us a few years to offload them 'Pullis anyone'. We need players, better than we have at present, or stick with what we have, pointless spending money we don't need to.
