  1. Um! excuse me! these 'indigenous people' you refer to, were tribes that migrated down the continent of Africa killing all the true indgenous peoples, so my history books taught me. The cape and south of the country were populated by the Hotentots, a brown race, as well as the bushman, who was hunted to extinction.
  2. No where near the same, Mandela was a convicted terrorist, who was a leader in a campaign to bomb and kill South African whites, and those that supported them. Whether you agreed with the separitist system in the country at that time, he and his brethrin, were still hell bent on changing things with bomb and bullet!
  3. I expect if you had been under house arrest for 15 years, you may be a tad upset, but then again, you are Benji, master shocker!
  4. Still funny!, can't see why people don't get you metal man!.
  5. A whopping big LOL!....saved me posting it.
  6. He was also bleating on about how fragile his squad was, and how unfair it has been on Poors mouth!......talk about whinger!
  7. Poopey did, in a different way (imagined loans!)
  8. Don't go there, people will not speak to you!
  9. Did it have a twitch, and answer to 'arry?
  10. David Beckam started out playing central midfield, and has always claimed it was his best position!
  11. I still maintain, that no youngster should be allowed to move clubs until he is 22 years old. Then there should be a transfer fee involved.
  12. Ah! the sweet memories of a know it all man...thanks CL.
  13. This + 1
  14. Still not liking the Saints managment I see Duncan!
  15. According to the current bun, they (Shrewsbury), have refused to allow the Saints to lower the prices, I assume this is due to 'their' cut. So it looks like it will be full price me laddos!
  16. Portsmouth's centenary season, 1998-99, saw a serious financial crisis hit the club, and in December 1998 Portsmouth went into Administration (insolvency). Milan Mandarić saved the club with a takeover deal in May 1999 See you Corp Ho ho ho, you proclaim to see the wood from the trees now, but last year you defended the position of your 'owners' with a vengeance. What gets me about your sanctimonious claptrap, is that you fail to mention your clubs earlier foray, into cheating all and sunder, so what are your views on that. How is it, when you claim so much insider knowledge, that you weren't shouting fowl play from the roof tops. Simple, you lapped up the high ride, you ignored the most blatant fact, where was the money coming from, to pay for all these stars? PS I thought Lawrence was an 'emergency loan'!
  17. This!...Baj, if you have a poll, make this one of the options, it gets my vote.
  18. No you don't. I will respond, even though you fail to respond to our posts, and just pop up now and again, trotting out the same old mantra. Your answers are all here, in the posts above this one if you care to look. 1). We could afford the ground, it was being paid for, the bank forclosed on us for a paultry sum, the manager, then quickly took another high paid job with??....look it up, it has all been posted up on here. 2). Yes we bought players with the money we had in the bank, but when we were sent into administration, we offloaded our high earners, and played the kids. You, however, not only spent money you had no intention of repaying, but you're doing it all over again. You have allready been given one wedge of the parachute payment (documented), and you're now spending another wedge, that I might add, the other relegated teams won't get yet........so you are gaining an unfair advantage. You really are on a p!ss take pal, we are and never will be, anything like your scummy club.
  19. WTF do you call three times in administration!! twice in the last twelve years, repeating the same format...........CHEATING I'd call it!
  20. Excactly what they asked for, how much was actually paid back by your 'club', to the tax man?
  21. As i said, it's all about opinions. Would you expect to be able to walk into a restaurant and have the same meal for free, as the person sat next to you, who has forked out fifty quid. The forum has running costs and I for one, am happy to contribute, I would if it were a tenner or twenty quid, so in my opinion, there has to be some distinction, between a 'full member', and a registered user. Others may disagree, but that is their right.
  22. See now, this all depends on whether you agree in the spirit of fairness. Is it fair that someone who has paid a full stamp all his/her life, should get the same pension as someone who hasn't?....is it fair, that someone who can't/won't fork out a fiver towards the expence of running a site like this, should have the right to start threads? IMO you should pay the fiver towards the running costs, but its all about opinions!
  23. Lol....that is a bold statement, one that, I'm positive, will come back to haunt you. I'd say, that there is a very strong possibility that you will be liquidated still.
  24. What do you mean will?
  25. According to the NofTW, they have the money for this, and the tax bill! we'll see!
