  1. So she's not very good looking then, is that what you're saying?
  2. We've had players going to Celtic, manager going to Celtic, Manager being sacked, discord between Chairman and Manager. Come on Steve, NC is right, if he had to defend his position on every little bit of tittle tattle, then he'd be slated on here for being to in our face.
  3. Now that was a real LOL moment!
  4. Any Saints fans out there? alpine_saint Full Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Southern Austria Posts: 12,536 Quote: Originally Posted by Gingeletiss Any Saints fans out there? Was quite an uncomfortable experience. At least Claus and Antii came and said hello... Wooooooooooooooooosshhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!
  5. He could of been unhappy, that he couldn't make the last game due to his flight being grounded. He could of been unhappy on finding out that the cheats down the road owe us £35 grand, he could of seen his rose garden blighted by greenfly. Who knows the reason, but I'd bet my last dollar, given his show of affection at Wembley, that he wasn't unhappy with Alan Pardew. He may, like thousands of fans, been sad the we fell at the last hurdle, but like most sane fans, I'd Say that he didn't expect the success we actually had this season. All this is opinion, my opinion.
  6. You know John, you're like a faulty tap, you keep dripping on. You have a style akin to a certain Miserableoldgit, who also went on like you do, regardless of the reply's. Why should SFC respond to every poxy rumour, one I hasten to add, that you perpetuated no end. Read NC reply again, if they were to do so, they'd never get any real work done. Face it, the Echo, along with the Mail the BBC, and several posters on here, were bang out of order, and well wide of the mark.
  7. I got home from work yesterday, and I had a parcel from Holland. I opened it, and a plastic vagina fell into my lap. 'Hello' I thought, 'someone has sent me two lips from Amsterdam'.
  8. You'll be waiting a long time. John B doesn't deal in facts, just conjecture, rumour, and speculation. Please don't press him on this, as he has a very delicate dispossition. He went some way, in perpetuating this bullsh1t story in the first place, amongst others. It was pleasing to have this statement from NC, but it shouldn't have been neccesary. We moaned when the duck hunter kept shouting his mouth off in the press, and many on here said that the chairman should not be seen or heard. Yet here we are again, with the vocal few on here wanting him to respond to every little rumour out there. On first impressions given this last year, he has impressed me,so long may it continue. Lastly, those saying ML this and ML that. He made it clear out the outset, that NC was in charge, so why is it that some of you expect every decision to be made by him.
  9. They were warned, go on strike, you lose this perk, they went on strike. Are we to believe, that they are now going on strike again, in protest at loosing a perk, that quite rightly they lost last time. No wonder this country is in such a bloody state, and our industry prefers to operate abroad, where they don't get this kind of sh1t.
  10. ...and you dear John, need to understand, that a rumour is not a fact. However, it doesn't stop you spreading them as if you know them to be true. You're very much like Alpine, you love a good conspiracy theory, as long as it's anti Saints. Hope this doesn't sound too rude for your delicate disposition.
  11. I've heard of him, is he any good?
  12. Are you for real 'the hard facts are the rumours', do you read before you write.
  13. Not for the first time, many on here are running around with their skirts raised, and it wasn't even a bloody mouse. Speculation can be damaging, you'd of thought we would have learnt our lesson, but no, we have NC this AP that, and not one shred of evidence. Two papers with an agenda it seems, the Echo and the Mail, both have be printing wild speculative stories over the past couple of weeks, and none as yet, have come to fruition.
  14. No, it's your personal take on things, there are no hard facts that confirm this 'rumour'.
  15. Out of all the political 'debate' amongst us, this one truth stands head and shoulders above it all. Well done sir.
  16. Once again, you twist the truth (Labour spin Dr perchance?) It was reported, that due to Labours aggressive approach to talks with the Lib Dems, Ed Balls in particular, that the Lib Dems decided not to proceed with the talks. Now that is what is reported, the above from you, is more of your left wing bile. I reckon you retired as a Matron, you come across like one.
  17. Have they? I must of missed that. I thought the last meeting was to agree on the make up of the creditors committee, and to give the admin team the go ahead to come up with a solid plan for exiting administration with a CVA. That will then have to be agreed by the said committee, which is in no way, a forgone conclusion.
  18. I think you may find you are very wrong on this point. I think the FL will hit them hard, just a gut feeling. Mind you, I still think they will soon cease to be, that also is a gut feeling.
  19. ...and, least we forget, the other members of BA, have all taken a hit, it's only the trolly dollys who think they are a class apart, who are going on strike, and then, if I'm correct, it's only those on long haul. Hell, I hate flying, but I'd do it for the amount they're being offered!
  20. Can't see him getting punchy!, can you?
  21. Live and learn folks, live and learn;)
  22. You are right, it sounded personal, and it wasn't, it was aimed at the workforce, and I have amended it accordantly.
  23. Rubbish Duncan, your workforce could of done what most of the private sector done last year, take a hit, grimace, but be thankful they still had a job, many don't now. Mind you, if the members carry on as they are, BA will cease to exist, then they can all stand on corners for real, and say what nasty bosses they had. I'm a member of the same union, I lost £50.00 and a weeks holiday, to save my job, Unite, thought they had done a good deal for us. Mind you, we are only a small firm, not worth the media attention.
  24. An un-elected Prime Minister, who whilst Chancellor, sold off our gold reserves for peanuts, robbed our pension funds. Then when he grabbed power, refused us a referendum on Europe (as promised by Labour), bullied his staff, called an old lady a bigot because she had a different viewpoint (a bit like on here:(), and refused to take the country to an election last year, after he nearly bought this country to the point of bankruptcy. He gave us plastic coppers as a cheap option to another labour pledge (tough on crime, tough on the causes of crime), before some of you bleat on, I know this happened before he became PM, but he championed it. Yup!..he'll be remembered all right.
  25. Eighteen years ago, they were all for it, desperate as they were to govern. When they got into power, they were against it (shock horror), now I suspect, they will champion it again.
