Did I also hear...that Jack Cork has gone on loan to poopy????????:
-
Look where ours got us.......I hope NC has studied the recent history of this club, and it's demise.
-
More to the point, any confirmation of them paying the players/staff yet???
-
Now.....tell JohnB that. It will save on clues...and cuppa's;)
-
Only you could pick up on the negative!!!!
-
Is that a legal contract, offering those odds on a public forum!!!!!:smt036
-
That was a quick cuppa.......a clue!!..why do you think that Liverpool have not sacked their manager, he signed a 5 year deal last season.
-
Have a cup of tea John, then have a think about it;)
-
Why give Glasgow Saint the air time, he talks sh1t at the best of times. Three years is the contract, with a Five year plan.
-
SSN.......Poopy expect the players wages to be paid today, after the sale of Kabul to Spuds.
-
Your own time is yours....if they push it, challenge them, tell them you'll see them at a tribunal. Methinks you'll be starting on the Wednesday;)
-
Alas...this poor deluded fool, thinks he can find a match where 20,000 will attend;) http://www.fansonline.net/portsmouth/mb/view.php?id=227501

A small zoo in Glasgow acquired a very rare species of gorilla. Within a few weeks the gorilla, a female, became very difficult to handle. Upon examination, the veterinarian determined the problem. The gorilla was in season. To make matters worse, there was no male gorilla available. Thinking about their problem, the Zoo Keeper thought of Bobby McKay, a local lad & part-time worker responsible for cleaning the animal cages. --- Bobby, had little sense but possessed ample ability to satisfy a female of any species. The Zoo Keeper thought they might have a solution. Bobby was approached with a proposition. Would he be willing to mate with the gorilla for £500? Bobby showed some interest, but said he would have to think the matter over carefully. The following day, he announced that he would accept their offer, but only under four conditions: 1. "First", Bobby said, "Ah'm no gonnae kiss her on the lips." The Keeper quickly agreed to this condition. 2. "Second", he said, "Ye cannae never tell naebody aboot this." The Keeper again readily agreed to this condition. 3. "Third", Bobby said, "I want all the kids raised as "Rangers fans." Once again it was agreed. 4. "And last of all", Bobby stated "Ye'll need tae gie me anither week to come up with the £500"

I seriously think that the Executives at the PL, should have to take a F&PPT, as it seems they are looking the other way. Surely, Poopy are seeking to gain an unfair advantage over other teams, by trading in players, whilst not paying their day to day running costs. These new loans, will not require payment, until next month, how wrong is that. I despair of the Premier league, and feel it's time for the FA to step in.
-
I've said this before...there has to be a reason for all this 'firefighting'. It could be a case of sell the family silver, then run. IMO, it seems like the only reasonable explaination. If they sold all their players today, I wouldn't bank on the players and staff being paid..........there is something fishy going on:smt024

BOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!.......a false dawn it seems, still, tomorrow's another day;)

SSN news on, cuppa in hand....hopefull smile on face;)

i whizzed passed this, but felt that it deserved an airing on this thread. So next time we get 'Our long history', we can point this small fact out to the Blue few...... Today, 03:10 PM Highfield Saint Full Member Join Date: Jun 2007 Posts: 88 They've been through this before and they are not actually Portsmouth Football Club with a 100+ year history. To the best of my limited knowledge they are Portsmouth City Football Club Ltd reformed out of administration around 10 years ago. They have left creditors behind once before (and will probably do so again this time) and as such not only did they get an unfair advantage in buying the FA Cup and Premier league survival with money they didnt have but they were re-founded and promoted using cash that should have been paid to creditors. If it happens again then one assumes the current penalties applied will have some affect but maybe, just maybe, this is karma (or chickens coming home to roost).

Or........sell everything that moves, I will take the money and run, leaving the debts for the courts to sort out.
