I believe he'll get off too. The whole defence case is geared around creating as much confusion as possible which obviously leads to an element of doubt. And, if there's an element of doubt then the jury can't find him guilty.

Surely not? Portsmouth Football Club (2010) Ltd and CSI are not a (*cough*) "single economic entity" (*cough*) and, as such, they are not reliant on funding from their parent company. So, they will simply carry on as a self-sufficient company in their own right....

I agree with Labour's key sticking point on this one..... yes, there should be a cap but it should take into account regional average wages and living costs.
