I'm thinking of England as that's where I live. First day of the week in england is Sunday. Most people think it's Monday I do believe.

Boxing Day falls on Monday 28th December this year so the answer is Colchester away. We play Exeter on the day after Christmas Day (i.e. Saturday 26th December)

Disagree. We need to concentrate on the league (as they say in cliche land). 100%. As long as Pardew is good with his man management, and the players are pragmatic, then defeat in either of the forthcoming cup games won't (shouldn't) affect '1st team' morale. That's just an opinion but feel free to jump down one's throat as is people's want on here....

Fair point but I still think some managers are too dogmatic about the timing of their substitutions. As you rightly point out...it worked on 55mins last week but not quite this week. Suggests to me maybe the manager needed to do the subs a bit earlier this time around

Good comeback but pardew changed team too late. We should have changed at half tome...just like I posted...why do some managers insist on not changing until 10 minutes into the second half? If it ain't working change it straight away rather than giving it an arbitrary amount of extra time!
