I'd use the word "rest" rather than "drop" I'd like to see Jaunmi get a start and resting Mane and using him as an impact sub seems like a reasonable plan to me. I felt Mane was going through the motions at times last night so maybe not starting for one game might give him a bit of a jolt too. All that said, I expect Ron will start with him. He's probably a better manager than me too

Mane has something that is quite rare in the premier league and that is his unpredictability. Yes, that can work both for and against you but its an attribute that we'd find very difficult to replace now that we've got it. Mane will never be the most technically gifted player in the world but there is a certain element of uniqueness about him that we shouldn't undervalue.
