  1. Yes!!!
  2. "Man City outcast Scott Sinclair issues 'come and get me plea' to Everton and Southampton" http://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/537244/Man-City-Scott-Sinclair-Everton-Southampton
  3. Doesn't there come a point in any 'debate' where everyone agrees to differ rather than keep going over the same 'for and against' arguments time and time again? I'm happy with the ad. The Royal British Legion are happy with the ad. Some people aren't happy with it. I'm not sure what more there is to add? (yes, I know....I'm aware that forums such as this thrive on repetitive arguments)
  4. Or.... SoT 3 The Royal British Legion approach Sainsbury's (who they've collaborated with for 20 years) with a fund raising idea.....
  5. Yep, that's a better question. The less tax I pay the more I give to 'good causes'. I'm still convinced that's a better wealth distribution model: small state, big society
  6. How much extra money do you voluntarily give to the Exchequer every month pap? (Warning: I haven't thought this one through so I've no idea where I'm heading with this one, so humour me for a while longer)

  8. @garylineker Another very good performance from Nathaniel Clyne. I think England has its right-back.
  9. Won't stop Townsend giving MotM to Wiltshire though....

  11. Good news!
  12. Great play from Shaw there

  14. Some might argue that charities are a much fairer and efficient way of wealth distribution than having governments take more of your money in the wistful hope that politicians will process it wisely...
  15. So, we're all in agreement then: different opinions are good and there's no right or wrong here? Excellent.

  17. It would appear he left us for Leicester in 2010 (having only been with us 6 months) only to return a year later. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bill_Green_(footballer)

    Band Aid 30

Who else knew that Geldof doesn't donate money himself? That's a pretty good scoop right there.
  19. An update on the effects of this 3 year old policy would be handy to assist with the assessment process.

  21. Cheers for the insight. I guess the only concern is whether or not he manages to persuade some of the key 'shop-floor' personnel to follow him to Spurs.
  22. The words "pope" and "catholic" spring to mind...
  23. It's all about different opinions at the end of the day. I doubt the Royal British Legion would be endorsing it on their website (for example) if a significant number of their members found it "distasteful", regardless of how much money they stand to receive from it. As with most things of this ilk, there's no right or wrong, just different opinions. http://www.britishlegion.org.uk/remembrance/christmas-truce
