  1. Mara, Bazunu, Aribo, Bella-Kotchap and Lavia are all too old for the FA Youth Cup in 2022/23.
  2. Lingard was a 29 year old fringe first team player for Man Utd, leaving them for newly promoted Nottingham Forest is a slide downwards in his career. Bazunu and Lavia were not first team players at Man City, they have left Man City's academy and loan system in order to be in a Premier League 1st team. That is an upwards trajectory in their careers.
  3. I didn't say he was wrong, I asked him why we should think he is right. There is a significant difference between those two things.
  4. Have you been scouting him?
  5. I wouldn't. He is 44 years old and retired from playing 9 years ago!
  6. He was coming on as a sub for Albania before he signed for Saints. That isn't being a 'regular'.
  7. He knows his stuff then! πŸ‘
  8. And here it is... πŸ˜‡
  9. Is there some good evidence he has said it to his representatives?
  10. MLG approves that gif
  11. Males aged 18 to 23 year olds are men. πŸ˜‰πŸ˜‡
  12. There have been no quotes directly attributed to him saying that.
  13. SBV Vitesse Arnhem are a Dutch team, not Belgian. Broja wasn't really a regular international until he joined Saints.
  14. Not signing a striker by 19th July doesn't mean one won't be signed by the 1st league game.
  15. The context of my post was responding to someone implying it was adding to our first team lack of experience.
  16. Those two aren't going to be for the 1st team this season. They are signings for the academy as 1st year scholars.
  17. By who? He is being linked with multiple Championship clubs this summer... https://www.coventrytelegraph.net/sport/football/transfer-news/coventry-city-chelsea-tino-anjorin-24516940
  18. How about it boosting their confidence...
  19. Too much to unpack in one post!
  20. I think we could see Bazunu, Bella-Kotchap and Aribo all start in the 1st PL game, I also wouldn't be ruling out Lavia making a strong case to start vs Spurs either. So it isn't window dressing at all.
  21. Meanwhile @Turkish...
  22. Currently no Saints first team game scheduled to take place at St Mary’s from 5th November to 26th December.
  23. Nope
