  1. As the game hasn't already been postponed they are contractually obliged to hold a press conference.
  2. West Ham are competing for a top 4 place with the big six with a much smaller budget. Sure it is a bit of a leap for us to even get to West Ham levels of wages and transfer fees. But it doesn't need to be Man City or Chelsea levels of spending to get us up the table. If a new owner made it possible for some clever signings in the £20m to £40m bracket like West Ham, Wolves, Leicester have it would make a huge difference.
  3. A possible difference is Newcastle Covid cases that mean they miss their postponed Everton game on Thursday may be out of self isolating before Sunday.
  4. They are doing pretty well... currently 2nd behind PSG
  5. It takes seconds to type it into Google... 😉😇 https://www.fansnetwork.co.uk/football/southampton/forum/280254/premier-league-approve-saints-takeover/#82
  6. A takeover by Bully from Bullseye? Saints fans, here is what you could have won... He even has red and white stripes! 😇
  7. He is only 2 points above Hasenhüttl's team. So is Hasenhüttl a good manager aswell?
  8. @Convict Colony The quote in that article is not relevant. It is all about finding a pathway club for youngsters into OGC Nice. Saints in the Premier League aren't going to be a feeder club to OGC Nice youth players.
  9. The secret life of Turkish
  10. Embarrassing, or for you perhaps I should say... embarassing! 😉🙄😇 1) In your screenshot he has his back to Forster 2) In your screenshot he is jumping 3) Play the video I linked to on a little further and he bumps into Forster
  11. @Turkish He is jumping backwards into Forster. Your screenshot even shows that!
  12. Adams missed the Spurs game due to testing positive on Monday evening, so he won't be available for any game on Sunday.
  13. Watch from 2:10 https://youtu.be/vT_4rFJ8Nu4?t=131 Is it embarrassing to spell embarrassing incorrectly? 😉😇
  14. Even if they miss the Everton game, Newcastle players with Covid who missed their Man Utd match should be out of self isolating before the game on 2nd January at St Mary’s.
  15. How have you worked that out? If we lose to Newcastle will the Premier League deduct Saints 4 points?
  16. That should focus them on sealing a deal for a Premier League club soon then! Or the money they raised goes back to investors.
  17. Yes, due to the nature of the way they have raised the money, they have 24 months after the initial IPO to find a home for their investors cash. Should that clock run out then the money is handed back. I think it may be down to under a year left now.
  18. Don't get too excited... they probably have no interest in Saints! 😁 They were looking at Liverpool, so quite a step down to then go for Southampton.
  19. RedBall raised $575m in its initial public offering (IPO) last summer to buy a Premier League team and sought to raise another $950m through Redbird Capital Partners and other private outside investment in its second run to try and raise as much almost $1bn. "Chancers" don't raise that level of finance! Investors are clearly taking them seriously.
  20. I didn't say they are preferable to the other options you gave, it is hard to determine which of those three would be best. But... Redball don't appear to be chancers, the CVs of their board are very impressive and they have raised a huge amount of money from investors for a potential PL deal.
  21. I'm not sure what you mean, as the Dallas Cowboys are a NFL team.
  22. As Ralph just said... "injuries are not covid cases". Isaac Hayden was suspended vs Man Utd, so he is back for them to play Saints. So Saint-Maximin and Wilson out, Hayden back only puts the one player down on what they had vs Man Utd. Plus the game vs Saints is on Sunday, so possibly current Covid cases they have will be back after 7 day isolation.
