  1. It isn't missing out if Saints are more than happy with Walker-Peters.
  2. You appear to have determined they have regressed based on a lack of gametime. But if the players ahead of them are doing extremely well (as they clearly are) then they aren't going to make the starting line-up, subs bench. That does not mean they have regressed, the quality bar for gametime is very high atm.
  3. Cedric was not 31, nor was the £5m a transfer fee.
  4. £5m for a 31 year old with only 6 months left on his contract?
  5. I was talking about Slattery and Vokins. I'm fully aware when Valery made his debut, he was never that great and Walker-Peters is his upgrade so Valery isn't going to play if KWP is fit.
  6. Backwards from what? They weren't close to the first team before he arrived.
  7. We don't need to know. Especially not at the expense of letting Fulham prepare for him if it is minor.
  8. No loan players can play vs their parent club in the Premier League.
  9. He has been injured but now back. As for position, Hasenhuttl quote... "The good thing is that he can play No.10 and No.6, at No.6 he feels a bit more comfortable maybe, but on a No.10 he also can get in the box and create something."
  10. Smallbone is in training and probably still ahead of both of them in the pecking order.
  11. The article is click bait. Read it and all it is is the Daily Express asking Claus Lundekvam and Dave Kitson some questions and them making a suggestion Hasenhuttl would be good for Man Utd. There is no substance to it at all. https://www.express.co.uk/sport/football/1374816/Man-Utd-Solskjaer-Glazers-Southampton-Ralph-Hasenhuttl
  12. Smarter runs, better touch and not easily brushed off. Very early days for both of them and tiny amount of 1st team minutes, so can change.
  13. Puzzled why you think N'Lundulu wouldn't win flick ons? He is huge and good in the air.
  14. I've been more impressed with N'Lundulu than Tella.
  15. In the transfer market?
  16. Sell on clauses were not used to any notable level in 1992.
  17. Yes it was voted for this week
  18. He wasn't released by Saints. He was sold for a British transfer record by Saints!
  19. Rule change voted for this week. A compromise to turning down the 5 substitutions proposal.
  20. Based on that article it is pretty rubbish. They have attempted to shoe horn some quotes that don't talk about Forster into an article about him possibly returning to Celtic. Really is shoddy journalism.
  21. Never trust this source either...
  22. That is an appalling website with no credibility.
