So if people talk about a "traditional Southampton kit", what about these new black shorts that we started using after the club had already existed for 65 years. If Saints wear an all red it for the next 65 years that will over time become the "traditional Southampton kit" and any change in 2078 to the kit will be met with "it isn't our traditional kit".
