Well you are wrong, for a start Saints are now pressing significantly higher up the pitch than they did under Adkins and the defence has a higher line.

We played the same formation in the second half, Lallana coming on made a big difference.

Pochettino has Saints playing a very high pressing game when the opposition have the ball in defence. Very risky, but on countless occasions Utd gave the ball away when pressured by packs of Saints players in United's half or the Utd defence lumped it long. We won't go down playing like this, as long as we finish our chances.
