Scott Parker was relegated with West Ham yet was voted the best player in the Premier League that season by football journalists. A player should be judged on his own merits, not solely on the performance of his team.

If they goto Fratton Park looking for senior players to give letters to there may be a long wait, as they will be at the training ground they rent in a SO post code...! Even if they do manage to find and mob some players at the training ground and hand out letters, it isn't going to make the slightest bit of difference.
