Will be hard to sell him because no other club will match the wages he has at Saints, so it is in his interest to sit out the remaining year on his contract.
-
When Saints were last in the Premier League, Gareth Bale was 15 years old and still at school.
-
Was £150k according to documents released by their administrator. Quite a bargain tbh!

Why is that so hard to believe? It appears Saints made bids not far short of that (transfer fee wise) for Rodriguez and Hooper whilst in the Championship, without Premier League TV money to call on. Those kinds of transfer fees and wages are quite common for mid table Premier League sides. -
In theory they should, if the Football League do or not is an entirely different matter.

Chainrai back = [video=youtube;WxW6t8-1UA8] ...until he gets his £18 million (or as close as he can to £18 million) back.

Why "dream on"? Especially in the case of Matthew Jarvis. -
Put me on the top of the released list.

24th January 2010 at Glanford Park, S****horpe, North Lincolnshire. Adkins is even wearing a S****horpe tie! http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/fa_cup/8468696.stm

This is very much an "on topic" subject rather than a lounge one and is being debated in the main forum. http://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthread.php?38025-Saints-Retained-List

Why would Saints want any of them? -
Unless he offers 100p in the £ then it is diluting the 2010 CVA with a 2012 CVA and a huge points penalty is surely on its way from the Football League in League One.
-
All clubs are obliged to release their lists six weeks before the 30th June(when players contracts generally end) so that those players that are released can talk to other clubs.
-
Because his contract runs out on 30th June 2013. The list tomorrow is for those out of contract in June 2012 that have been offered a deal deal, those that aren't are released to find new clubs.
-
How does it? Neither of us are employees of the club, we just happen to support the same club (probably through fluke of birth), my actions should not reflect on you in the same way yours don't on me.
-
How am I embarrassing "us" on Twitter? Merely supporting the same 11 men running round a field doesn't mean my actions represent you or any other Saints fan.
-
I wasn't being entirely serious.
-
No abuse yet (maybe they agree with my points?), all it has done is given me a few more Saints fans as followers tonight. So if you are reading this, cheers Neil Allen!
-
Rather than blocking me, he keeps retweeting me!
-
I hit a nerve with Neil Allen that he retweeted me. Was what I said not true? Neil Allen @pn_neil_allen When Sol went up to lift the FA Cup, we were there, we were there. Four years ago today! #Pompey FM Saints Researcher @MatthewLeGod @pn_neil_allen You seem oblivious that winning the FA Cup led the club to the brink of extinction. I wouldn't celebrate 2008 too much!
-
Why do they include winning a pre-season friendly competition in their list of achievements?
-
You resort to petty personal insults when confronted with questions you can't or don't want to answer.
-
Not exactly tactful or confidence building for a 13 year old was it? Neville Southall doesn't seem to agree with you.
-
From a TV show a while ago, but it doesn't portray Owen in a good light if we want him to mentor young Saints strikers... Michael Owen "Yeah, get in there!" Neville Southall "Well done, he's 13"
