For whatever reason, Stu A seems unfit to play a full 90 mins? He's hardly started this season, usually OK when he comes on for 20mins-ish. Rarely seems to play 90 for Scotland either, subs on or subs off there too.

Somebody, don't know who (FIFA/refs/managers/clubs?) proposed that football moves to 60 minutes with the ball in play, 'Somebody else' turned this down. Apparently the PL averages 55 mins with the ball in play, some leagues average 45 mins. Central timing and 60 minutes of action is something I could get behind.
