Ok so maybe I'm comparing it to the deals involving Bale and Walcott and I shouldn't do that but those two were in a higher league and slightly more consistent! Although with the inflated prices for English talent in the last transfer market (Bent and Carroll) your right its a sellers market !

Obviously I would prefere to keep him but I was more pleased that Adam had signed than Alex staying and with the silly money mentioned last month we should get as much as possible if we did sell but what I ment was 5m is more like the price he is worth and would of been more than happy to reinvest that into our new championship team !

So if Aoc was being touted as worth 10m what would it take to buy Adam ? Fwiw I don't see what the big deal is around Alex and would quite happily sell him for 5m in the summer !

I think its time people stopped slagging Cortese off as much as we all respect Mlt etc and what they did in the past that's it past! Nc is in control of our future and I for one am happy where we're heading under him. Obviously there has been a few slip up's by him but I think he learns by his mistakes quickly and for a someone with no previous football experience I think he's doing well !
