Totally agree and the ref evening said to Jos that he'd taken one for the team (yellow). Jos new what he was doing. He saw the danger and in the split second decided to accept a yellow. Never a red.

Thats the point i'm making. It seemed strange as well that NA was not very open to questions about Lee. Yet if his signing is a formality????? I was a bit confused. I would also say that NA always has time for us supporters and I think he leads by example. A great role model.

I had an interesting chat with NA. I asked if he could speak Japanese. I asked if Lee could speak much English. Well he can say hello in Japanese, but made no further comments about the player. Interesting as well that JC didn't train with Lee when he was here. Sounded to me more like a fitness test rather than joining the squad?

Talking to a few people today it seems this one has legs. It seems the player wants to join. Celtic may be forced to sell.

As a Rapid fan I know that Hamdi would be a disaster for Saints far too slow and can't even get in the Rapid first 11. He wants to go to Saints, but Saints aren't interested. Arte Nuhui also wants to go to Saints. I'm quite connected at Rapid but Saints don't seem interested with any Rapid players or at least they never got back to me.

We will not see him feature this weekend he is most certainly not match fit!

Back from the game Lets not kid ourselves these kids will not get us into the premier league. JWP and Stephen are ones for the future. Sam Hoskins is short and very strong he ran his heart out. Good first touch and holds the ball well, but he's not that quick. I was more comfortable with SH playing up front than Ryan Doble. Doble is an athlete, but did nothing. Ben Reeves also did well. When you look at these kids and then look the more senior players it really is men and boys. Coventry rested alot of first team players and so this really was a squad match and therefore you can read very little into this victory. But a win is a win is a win. Bart lacks confidence and his passing and distribution is far too slow. Playing out from the back in the first half was painfull. We gave coventry so much space on the flanks. Cork and Schneiderlin seemed to keep switching from the middle to the wing and Lallana kept chasing after the ball rather than holding wide and giving us width. Enjoyable second half and I didn't expect us to win. You could visibly see the confidence return after the second goal. My MOM was Hammond. He ran the second half. In fact you could pick between Cork, Scneiderlin or Hammond for MOM. One other thing I noticed was that Martin and Hooiveld didn't seem to get on too well on the pitch and before the game Martin seemed to keep himself to himself. Not sure if there something to read into that. Ow yes one other thing - the crowd was so small that I could here what Adkins was shouting to the players from the other side of the pitch. First time i've ever noticed that.

There were more than that as lots of us were in the Coventry section watching the game on the half way

Looking forward to seeing our strength in depth today. Honestly expecting to lose, but thats not my aim today. Don't expect to see today Lukas Jutkiewicz. I'll be surprised as Coventry will be selling him shortly. How can Coventry survive with a crowd expected of only 6,000
