Asda has had to bin 10,000 "bags for life" before they got a single use. They were printed with the label "Isle of White". Ha! A comment on the island's demographic?

Wouldn't the odds be higher that a penalty shot down the middle (if it's hit low) will hit the keeper's feet or legs and rebound? If struck to the right or left corner and then hitting the keeper's hands, it's more likely to go in than rebound?
Carabao Cup? WTF! It's the English Football League Cup, or League Cup for short. If Carabao wishes to sponsor the tournament, fine -- but why put their name on the tournament itself? Commercialism run rampant.
The FA had the correct idea, when it decided to remove sponsorship title rights from the Premier League. They said they wanted a "clean" brand. Damn right!
It's all a matter of perspective, I suppose; but we sacked Puel on June 14th and signed Pellegrino on the 23rd. That's only 9 days. I wouldn't call that "ages".
