Sorry mate but if the deal was that good Mark Fry would have taken it. Now I'm really sorry that I haven't got a bid together but then I didn't for Bournemouth either. And as to proof of funds - he past that hurdle when trying to get Bournemouth and of course we all know what happened there don't we.
