It’s just bonkers. Unless you absolutely have to you play your players in the position they are used to - not as square pegs in round holes.

Thought he looked terrible in the first half (as did most tbh) but when dropped deeper in the second he looked a bit better.

It’s what most managers do - get the defence right and go from there - I’m not sure what “Russ” has put right from last year? Defence can’t defend - midfield are nowhere to be seen CF still can’t hit the target from 10 yards out more often than not.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many players ball watching - perhaps he’s great at training that?

It was a Saturday. They were on the way back from a game against Cardiff from memory. They were chased back to the station but the older main lads took up a corner downstairs in the meantime. They were noticed straight away and were very politely asked to leave (yeah right). Think they all needed hospital treatment that night.
