  1. Olivier Bernard at left Back
  2. who was the lad from Newcastle Redknapp brought in on loan at left back?
  3. With the lack of attendance surely the club should charge money for every ticket issued to Home Games. I feel that this should apply to ALL boards members including LOWE & Wilde and all hangers-on. This should include all media and players wives and guests as well. They should pay the full corporate rates to attend May be then if Lowe has to pay to come and watch the same rubbish were being financially invited to support, then he may realise that its a rubbish product he is selling. The only exception is 1,000 tickets should be given each game to schools in a ballot from a 30 mile radius to encourage the younger generation to come along. For those looking for a boycott idea- stop buying the matchday programme and cancel subscriptions to SaintsTV to which both undoubtedly lose the club money anyway
  4. we had 4 corners - all open LOL
  5. Davis James. Perry. Lancashire.Skacel, Gillett, Schniederlin, Holmes, McGlaggon, McGoldrick, Paterson.
  6. They can be be gut feeling, or wish lists within reality. Remember these are not linked but what you would like to see happen. Mine are: I Would like to see Chris Baird on loan from Fulham for the rest of the season Leroy Lita on loan from Reading for rest of the season If any sell on-clause money comes out of Wayne Bridge transfer to Man City then we force Chelsea to cancel Cork's loan at Watford and we get him instead of the cash In Reality though Surman & Lallana sold for peanuts and no-one else brought in, and no sell on clause on Bridge just the same as Shearer
  7. Where are you when needed to stand up and be counted?
  8. Ryan Smith in on Free Transfer Lee Molyneux has signed a 2 1/2 year deal as widely predicted on here (Left Back From Everton)
  9. stick with the chorus and ditch the verse then
  10. I couldn't help but listen to the music just before the teams came out yesterday, and was baffled as to why the tune of I am a cider drinker was played. Afterwards i put a few words to the tune and may be this may catch on for the Man United game. I apologise for the swearing in advance but try this out: Verse Now the club is almost bankrupt, And the board don’t give a f*ck, Cos Rupert Lowe he is a w*nker And Michael Wilde is just a c*nt Chorus I am a Saints supporter I support them and they're sh*te I am a Saints supporter and ave been for all of my life Cos i'm red and white I'm red and white
  11. Rodney Wallace ... no doubt pace, skill and a good goal scoring rate
  12. I think Curbishley will come in as manager and JP will be put into a youth management directors role, as that is what he has a proven track record in doing. Therefore not being sacked and avoiding paying out compensation
  13. Keegan would be obvious choice but could not afford his wages, so i'd be happy with Curbishley
  14. Jimmy Case, Ronnie Ekelund, Le Tissier, Graham Baker, Andy Townsend, Chris Marsden, Eyal Bekovic, & Bally
  15. How about Steve Baker or Jeff Kenna
  16. It seems the jury is out on JP - who has been the best manager/ coach since Strachan?
  17. Regardless of what people think SMS will be full.... approx 1 million quid in the bank that could pay the wages to bring back Saga, Rasiak, & John- and in turn stave off administration. No reason why the nippers couldn't give United a Game
  18. Kevin Moore, Russell Osman, Kevin Bond, Razor Ruddock .....:-) In Honesty though I will go for Mark Wright & Michael Svensson
  19. Killer had hamstring trouble last week so why risk him..another 4-6 weeks out. In fairness to him fair play for playing again against all the odds but do the gracious thing and put yourself and your fans out of any more misery and retire gracefully. As much as you were a great player for us it is obvious that it is one step forward and 3 back now due to injury. Do you want to be crippled for the rest of your life for the sake of a few games? you have a young family so it's doubtful that you would want to be so give up now and hold your head high for beating the odds of ever returning to the first team. Remain a club hero - no one will think ill of you. Good Luck for your future The Fat Controller
  20. ok but lets have a straight forward poll to see
  21. Mods can we have a straight forward vote /poll with no comments to gauge how divided the club fan base is at present. The reason for a no comment vote is not to engage any bitter mud slinging but to establish the feeling of the majority. Is Lowe taking the club forward - Straight yes or no vote please
  22. Lets face it... what ever happens will only be done to finance the bank regardless if its Lowe or whoever. If Surman , Dyer, & Lallana get sold it goes along way to paying off the overdraft, but again for the right price and not a quick fire sale. We may have to accept this to save our club from administration
  23. If we could get rid of Saganowski, Rasiak & John we could may be sign one of them. Gut feeling is that Reading will want Pearce back and Chelsea will probably sell cork for a price out of our range... So may be sign Robertson as he looks good, and could improve us
  24. just got back and knackered after walking back from the stadium to the station as i couldnt be arsed to wait for the bus. Overall probably the best away performance I have seen in a very long time. WE may be forced to play a team of kids but at least they are playing for the shirt and not worrying about money, unlike a lot of greedy tossers that we rid got of in the summer
