The Championship is probably the hardest league in Europe to get out of, as every team can beat each other. Saying that I think JP is doing a good job with what fit players he has available. Saga out on loan we all know is a financial decision which may prove to cost us dearly, and the old chestnut of why Skacel ain't getting a game is only for the majority to assume over. Every business has internal politics, and Saints has been washed publicly with regards to money. This management team will get it right but it wont happen overnight. What you see is what we've got when it comes down to the playing staff and the supporters still dreaming of a magic wand of a Billionaire buying us out will be waiting a long time as it will probably not happen.

It seems that the reason we attack the Northam in the first half is purely due to Saints traditionally attacking the north end of the ground in the first half of most home games. With all the speculation of the Club's debts ,rumoured administration, and being financially curtailed by Barclay's Bank,surely the board should be 100% clear as to the level of the financial plight to both the Shareholders and the Fans. We've all seen the cut backs with the ground being reduced in certain parts and the playing staff now down to the youngsters - yet we still back our club week in week out. In response to adriansfc "The ONE player? Even though it's Lallana's best position, John and McGoldrick could both play there, and Euell too." I never said that we should change things outright but after all Skacel is a Southampton player. Why is there still the mentallity amongst the faithful that we should still need to sell our better players rather than want them included in the team? If they needed to have been sold desperately then they would have been by now Going back to other players you mention Lallana I can understand him getting his chance, John & McGoldrick are more out and out strikers and would be better playing together with either Lallana or Skacel playing in behind them, as those 2 have more creativity than Euell.

Skacel should be playing in the hole behing McGoldrick, he scored loads for Hearts and has hardly ever played in his natural position whilst at Southampton. Rudi is probably the one player we could use in this position and will fit in the system
