  1. Forster, Lewis so far. Redmond, Walcott, Moi, Beg all said to be off. Okay maybe we haven't "got rid" of them yet but there seems to be a fair amount of effort to do so.
  2. I know. I just think there's been a quiet refreshing stability about this transfer window so far. Though in regards to last season, I never thought we were in any danger of relegation after about September and I am a proper bed wetter.
  3. Add an extra £10 Million to that and I'd be giving it serious consideration. Everybody has a price.
  4. And tbf we had an "okay" season
  5. We seem to be getting rid of the deadwood, made 2 very shrewd signings and another one that isn't bad. I have faith in the new owners and them giving Ralph the resources he needs to play the brand of football he wants. Call me deluded if you will.
  6. I'd love him to stay on as part of the B team, mentoring the kids like Olly Lancashire but obviously not for his current wages.
  7. MLS apparently. He'd do well over there.
  8. No, quite the opposite. This has been the best start to a transfer window in actual decades.
  9. Ever seen him play CB? Like I said above, he's not put a foot wrong. He's been very solid every time he's played there as part of a back five. I do agree that he's garbage at right back though.
  10. I've never seen him put a foot wrong when playing at CB tbf
  11. Get in! Pleased about that. I'm 100% going to this!
  12. To think there are people out there who think that Brexit doesn't exist!
  13. Remember last summer when we were in for Martin Hinteregger? Just retired aged 28 after the discovery of his links to far right neo-Nazi people.
  14. Isn't he a Saints fan? Which made him an easy link.
  15. Wouldn't mind him going back to that cheerleader role he had before coaching.
  16. On the subject of "F5 refreshing" I'll throw in... That taxi driver that sucked in MLT who recruited Strachan as DOF and Keegan as manager in advance. Turns out he's always been pretty easy to lead astray. Oh and Wade Elliott, Steven Pressley, Tomasz Radzinski. Those were all 'Lite' versions of our historical transfer sagas that ended up being bollocks.
  17. He's never been "great" but he was solid under Hughes and the first 18 months of Ralph. He's been exposed recently but I think he'll do well in a slower paced league. Good luck to him!
  18. Yessss!! I always think of that whenever I hear about him.
  19. Slightly before my time.
  20. I google'd him as well...
  21. What's wrong with that? I like the idea of having sects of clubs.
  22. Pretty sure us and Pompey are purposely kept apart. It's not worth all the security stuff that would need to be invested for a small time competition that no team cares about. I live about half an hour from Exeter's ground...Buzzing if the game takes place there!
  23. That's the nature of football. Even the greatest have all had dismal runs. Look at Fergie's first 18 months in charge at United.
  24. Possibly not but I think it's unfair to point out how awful we are for several months at a time without mentioning that we're also brilliant for several months. Like when discussing last season, I don't think it's fair to mention the defeats to Norwich, Watford and Villa without also talking about the away with at Spurs, win against Arsenal and 4 points from the Manchester clubs in total.
