Yes we can change the team sheet.. you just have sign an amended teamsheet and give it to the 4th official before entering the field of play. On that form is a section that you have to fill in should a player receive an injury between announcement of the team and kick off. It has to be countersigned by the clubs doctor or physcio..... The 4th official has to inform the referee and the opposition prior to kick off.
