The difference between last seasons cup game against Grimsby and Saturday against Walsall is light years. I hated the slow pace of the Russell football but now we mix it up look at Mara’s goal 15 seconds from back to goal. We now have an identity in our play we lost when Ralph lost the plot and then that nut job Jones and the clueless Selles took us down. Martin has done a great job so far but needs the tools to get us up a FIT striker is key after yet another transfer debacle in Stewart. Football is fun again. Long may that continue

All this bollox about police wanting away fans close when the last 4 or 5 games coaches have parked miles away I have done QPR has to be the worst away I’ve ever been to. Away fans go over the bridge to train station same as home.

After being corralled from the station although quite friendly lot one riot squad was from Romsey who hates sport! Millwall poor and only that giant looked dangerous set pieces Baz had quiet game as Bednarek and THB were excellent. Tempo too slow and need a striker but great win.

First half was as complete a performance you could get bar that 3rd goal. I hated Bednarek last season but he has fully redeemed himself this year with his performances so far. Bree and Flyn were great today too. Well done to the manager good subs today I’m not a fan of Fraser as thought he would hold back Sam AA but last couple of games he has come on and done good job good cross and good attacking from Edozie header to Arma who could have had hat trick today.

Rooney to get first win today . All our good play is via KWP and he will be knackered 3 games in a week with all the running he does. Forwards need to score more but must be frustrated by all the runs they make only to see ball passed sideways and back. Armstrong certainly has made some good lately and never gets spotted.

They did say tonight that we have more points now than Burnley did last season! We need Armstrong to get going! Adams to find a run of games where he contributes in the area. Charly and Sully to get in the goal areas too justify selection.

Injured long term in training

My son was watching it on stream I looked up saw Ryan Fraser on SSN feed and saw goal come up before his stream so both enjoyed seeing it go in! Great finish just need Stewart fit and firing. I was in JJ Moons Spoons Wembley last night and said I was just testing for playoffs 🙂
