Hahahahaha yep...got through loads of managers so far....and staff Appointed pathetic Dutch coaches x4. Got rid of a good up and coming manager without the courtesy of telling him he had to find out via his agent who read it online. Alienated at least 10k supporters...of course our ST sales are down aren't they? Has Cortese phoned anyones employer yet complaining about his use of the internet during the firms time like the guy from Soton General? I see exactly what you mean....

Well if he can run from one end of the pitch to the other, pass a ball to a team mate, not give away sill free kicks around our area then he will be an improvement on Wotton. We will not get promoted if we are relying on the standard of players like Wotton.

Went to Mountbatten school. Just one that got away.

I am not ...I went in there recently and it was terrible - empty. Beer was awful and the barman tried to rip me off with the price of the drinks. Never been the same since Fat Harry had it. The Four Horsheshoes used to be great as well when he had it great BBQ - big garden now just nothing to do for the kids.
-
We didn't let them go....they were loans that returned to their respective clubs. I am sure Pardew realises we need to replace them and will if he has the funds. Priority IMO is a back up to Lambert. We still need pace up front agreed.

Johnnyboy They were 'camped' opposite The Potters Heron a few weeks ago for a few days. Still had those puppies for sale. Left the place clean and no rubbish at all - in fact the horses saved cutting the grass by the council.
-
Forest Inn has shut down. If you are out Romsey way try The Malthouse - great carvery and big play area for the kids - football goals as well.
-
Harrington will be up there with the leaders.

Crikey only an hour ago he was telling me about it and his banner professing his love for Wotton.

Webb had an impossible task to do and did the best he could under those circumstances. He did a really good job.

I saw a brilliant nutty band in the Tudor last year...the woman was completely stoned and bonkers but brilliant as well. Usually a couple of decent bands in the Abbey.
-
Also the guy who is running the line Mike Mullarkey used to referee most of the Reserve matches at Staplewood only a couple of seasons ago. An amazing rise that one from reserve matches to lino in the WC.
-
Me...be in the Tudor, Old House, Abbey etc etc

Keith Granger works in the Docks with my mate. He obviously wasnt offered as much money as he earns there.

Bournemouth League Cup **Ticket Details Announced**
Give it to Ron replied to Matthew Le God's topic in The Saints
Well for League games it works out at £15 for me and £5 my nipper with ST's, this League Cup game is £26 for both of us....if I choose to pay Dunes ticket tax thats £9more for Bournemouth in the cup than I will pay in the league home game. -
Former Saints who could/should manage England fred...
Give it to Ron replied to SaintRobbie's topic in The Saints
Some fair points, I was just readin a post on the UI that I agree with, the Terry incident was handled badly and gave players an opportunity to do whatever they liked without much recourse. Capello may not have big match scenario at international level but some of his decisions left me astounded. I watched the game with some highly qualified football coaches - none could see why he was doing what he was it didn't make sense and am looking forward to the next few weeks fallout to see some of the excuses. The agents will want to protect their players who want to move on and further their careers and damage limitation after such a poor showing will be number one priority. The red tops will have a field day for weeks to come. I have lost all faith in Capello - from hero to zero in 4 games and am as baffled as you. -
Former Saints who could/should manage England fred...

So what went wrong then...you must admit some of his decisions were bizarre. Did he just freeze then in the Algeria game? Gerrard was the best player against the USA yet got moved to accomodate Barry and Lampard so 2 positions buggered by that move. Rooney was abysmal yet he kept him on. I am not making Heskey the scapegoat..he is what he is....so someone please explain it to me as I have absolutely no idea what he brings. A player that doesn't get picked by his home club is expected to lead the line in a World Cup??? You need someone to score goals and play someone who has scored 7 times in 60 games? Capello has a great record in club management so what caused him to fail so miserably with some of the most inept management I have seen since George Burley. -
