It’s not a good example at all, we can’t be compared with Brentford, they are a well run club from top to bottom, we are all over the place, Andrews has come in from working under Frank and slightly tweaking what he left behind, Tonda is coming in after a shitshow of an 18 months.

I’m not saying it’s easy, it’s their bloody job which they are paid very well to do so, just because it’s not easy, doesn’t mean give it to a complete rookie.

It’s not our job to find adequate replacements, it’s their job to get it right and they never do, we’ve done this cheap internal thing on three occasions this century with Gray, Wigley and Selles, how did they go?
