Nice one, he was one of our better performers yesterday.
-
How very sad.

Cardiff (h) - Win Ipswich (a) - Lose Birmingham (a) - Draw Derby (h) - Draw QPR (h) - Win

should we continue to play without wingers?

Ruptured achillies. -
Great seeing the goals again on Championship. A striker who can score goals like that with his work rate aren't common in this league we're lucky to have him, i just hope it isn't too late. Seemed to link up really well with Euell as well.
-
Championship just started if anyone missed the game yesterday. Probably get our usual 12 seconds.
-
He definatly enjoyed scoring that penalty, loved the reaction on MOTD.
-
Another home win against Cardiff and then a draw against Birmingham would set us up well. Hard task though.
-
I don't think he's got the pace to play right mid, think he will grow into a very good CCC right back for us.

Skacel and James done well today but if we're playing a team with decent wingers then we won't be able to expect much from the two full backs they will be too busy defending. I thought Surman played quite wide yesterday anyway, certainly wide enough to stretch Preston. -
Really good again yesterday, he's really growing into his position. He's easily been our most improved youngster this season.
-
I had 3 quid on Surman f/s and 2-1. Bitter sweet.
-
Why isn't McGoldrick on the MOTM poll? he was brilliant today in midfield.
-
-
cba to write too much but James and McGoldrick where both brilliant with Euell and Saga not far behind. What a game!
-
She sounded like a bloke, fit though.

Right then..Who will do the job other than lowe

Was definatly a low point, that cup game against Bristol was terrible. Tbf though against Norwich we did look good and I can understand why he appointed them, he didn't take too long to sort it out either. -

Leon Crouch for me. -
I honestly don't think we'd get many extra through the door. For a lot of people it really isn't a money problem, obviously that's part of the problem but a lot of people have just gotten out of the going to a game routine. A one off cheap game would only work if we put in a good performance, won and managed to keep a few of the new fans. It wouldn't happen though, we'd probably lose or draw and end up worse than before.
-
That's brilliant. How on earth can Phil Brown say it wasn't a gamble...
-
I must have missed that...

Aye, saw so many STH's moaning about the cut price Forest tickets. I don't think it would make much of a difference if they slashed prices. I've got a lot of friends who just don't enjoy going to SMS anymore, it's not about the money they just don't like the atmosphere, team, performances or Lowe.

who wants us to go into admin and/or wotte to fail

Obviously a no to both from me. It's looking inevitable though, if someone offered me a point deduction now and a new experienced manager and chairman in charge for the start of next season i'd take it. -
Doubt we will play with any real width, probably the boring diamond midfield again. Would love to see Skacel on th left and someone like Thomson or McLaggon on the right, could really go for teams then and make our possesion count.
