It's those spectacles that would make Shearer a better appointment then Adams. I don't think either should get the job but the fact that Shearer would have a better wow factor than Adams would give him more time to do stuff. Also the name might attract better players than Adams. So IMO Adams is bottom of the list with Shearer just above. My choice? Bill Paisley.

They also gazumped us in the signing of Do*****z in the mid 90's. Although he was rubbish when he came to the Dell I remember lots of abuse to him in particular and spurs in general.

There's been plenty of books written about the demise of organisations. Although we would never get the 100% true story I would find it interesting to read the views of all the relevent people from over the past 15 years or so. I don't think such a book could do any more to tarnish our image anyway.

If when the first people moved down they were sent straight back, yesthey would have gone back. If not they should have been made to do so. There were enough stewards at the start of this to do so.. I couldn't comment on Kingsland as I couldn't see it but if it was a simialr situation to Northam with people moving down then yesthey could quite have told people to get in their. I don't think I provided any cover for the trouble makers. There were neough cameras around yo catch them all and if they want to fine everyone who went onthe pitch I have no problem with that. It might even get a bit more momney for the club

I thought I'd report on what happened since I had a pretty good view of it: I sat right in the front of the Northam and about 10 minutes before the end a few fans started walking down to the front. If stewrds had sent then straight back there wouldn'y have been a problem. However they didn't so others started joining them At that point loads of stewards, police with a couple of dogs and a camera came out to guard the Northam. At the end of the game they were initially successful but because a lot of people had got through Kingsland there was nothing they could and they moved away to the Burnley fans. From what I saw a hundred or so (not good with guessing numbers but it appeared to be a lot) went straight to the Burnley fans and IMO started chucking a few things sat them including the flare. Most of the Saints fans just wandered around the pitch not really doing anything apart from a couple who climbed the goal. At this poit I thought sod it and joined the mob mentalilty and went on the pitch. I had a wander around, primarily to see who was in the directors box but couldn't see anyone. After about 5 minutes loads of people rushed away from the Burnley fans ad I heard someone say something about dogs. A this point I decided to leave. I don't recall any announcements asking asking people to get off the pitch.

Hammer have the rights to remake it and it's going to be diredted by the guy who did Cloverfield. I don't think it will be as good as theoriginal but I also don't think it will be rubbish.

Planet Trerror was the second part of the grindhouse double bill. It was directed by Robert (Sin City) Rodrigez) and came out about a year ago. Unless you're thinking of the Tarantino war film Inglorious Bastards which has been in developemnt for ages, in which case I don't know when that's coming out.
