I'm not a lawyer but have contract law qualification and if there has been a breach then there will be a remedy and it's normally what the injured party missed out on with the contract not being fulfilled. The courts can either order a specific performance (meaning they force Toby to come to us) or damages. This can either be part of the transfer funds that AM receive or the £1.5M that was stated in the contract and since he's was valued at £6.8m a year ago and saints helped improve his value I would suggest it's somewhere in between, hence C.£4-5M If this contract has to be ratified in Spain then I have no idea what will happen!

I think it was FloridaMarlin that said Sky Sports are no better than tabloids when reporting news as fact. Everything points to him going to Spurs and if he has it still won't be the end of it.
