Clyne would be the most likely to be called up but he won't at the moment due to playing for us and where we are at the moment in the league. Plus its his first season in the top flight. Shaw has Cole and Baines in front of him. Lambert is not even on the radar at the moment and won't be due to his age and Hodgson saying he is building for the future. Morgan the same reason as Clyne...another year or two in the top flight needed.

JP has turned around my opinion of him and shown he can play at the top level. Easily at least a 6m player now going on current markets and hope he will sign a new contract!

he has a point about the window though... not sure what he was on about the rest of the time though.

haha nah...just controlled my portion sizes and what I eat, most nights had fish or steak....gone a whole week without a take out meal...god knows when that last happened...

Just completed my first week of losing weight after blowing up over Dec...basically a month of drinking and eating putting on kilos n kilos. Start weight: 100.9 kilos After my first week I'm at 97.3 kilos. Just using a site called sparkpeople to give me a rough idea of my intake and a guide of the amounts to eat...combined with running 3 times a week with a session of indoor footie. Will get harder to shift weight I know...the first few weeks results are always good.

Looks like JR just wanted to poke the ball to GR and avoid the tackle to me. He didn't roll about on the floor, appeal or even look at the ref. Not his fault it was given as a penalty.
