If a player is called up by his national federation he has to turn up or face sanctions from FIFA, i think Capello knows that his heart isn't in it if Terry is present so will let him decide. Terry is a penis of the highest order along with Cole, but Rio managed to turn his life round and is now a model professional, sadly i think Terry and Cole are too thick to understand the problem.
Could be the airflow meter, blockage in the fuelpipe but the best bet is to join a forum - http://www.astraownersclub.com and ask a question on the relevent forum. They'll have more knowledge than most dealers!
Carbon Fibre isn't really a great material for bicycle's, it's ok for pro's but personally i find them too stiff and unforgiving. Titanium all the way for me, not cheap crap tough, something nice from Dean, Ibis, Merlin or Litespeed would be great.
Mate, if your using it to get from A to B then i'd sell it as it will get nicked, very nice bike and the frame and rear shock are worth £1k on their own!
It doesn't seem very likely to me that it would take from Saturday night until monday morning before you were ill if the oysters were to blame, any reaction to food poisoning is usually within 6 hours not nearer 30!
I often wake around 3-4am sit upright and swing my legs over the side of the bed and then rest my head against a cupboard by the side of my bed and then fall asleep again; for about 30 mins in a sitting position! I've been doing this for about 5 years ever since i had severe pneumonia and the only way to sleep was in a chair. Average about 3-4 hours a day and catch up at the weekend in the afternoon.
