  1. Notwithstanding the fact that the article is about 18 months old; his quotes are in it and no, he didn’t say “could”.
  2. Les will love this, I’m sure. 🤪

    20/21 Kit

The black away kit reminds me of Coventry in the 70s
  4. His pass for the first goal was fine, can’t blame him for that one. But he was poor throughout tonight. Best atmosphere at St Mary’s for ages though, the crowd never stopped singing.
  5. Bloody Nora. Haven’t got started all, over the pitch but get away with it, then he does that. Terrible.
  6. Just hope that Arsenal are as useless as they were against City and Brighton. They’ve not come out of the blocks well at all.

    20/21 Kit

Tbf Palace and Man City have done sash kits very recently, albeit as their away kits. I loved our white sash kit, especially so as there was no sponsor. I like the idea of this version too, I wonder what shorts and socks they’l pair with it (tradition would say black shorts white socks but not sure how that would look).
  8. Excellent result. Since confirmation of the restart I have had an inkling that one team in the bottom half may come out of the blocks really slowly and put themselves in the relegation mix, and I hoped it wouldn’t be us (albeit we were already in a decent enough position to feel comfortable). Very glad to see a strong performance after the first 15 to 20 minutes, which looked sloppy. Second half was good, they showed a stat on tv where we had had 9 shots to only One from Norwich. Norwich were very poor but 0-3 is great against anyone. Happy days. And I loved the finish from Ings, he loves a curled thumper with his right peg.

    20/21 Kit

If it’s anything like the one above I’m a big fan. I do like stripes but it’s nice to mix it up a bit, especially when it’s done well (original sash, rank xerox style, Hummel halves). not sure the badge crest is needed though, but will reserve judgement.
  10. Maybe try turning it off and turning it on again 🤓 Seems to be much better now.
  11. Having this one and 365 on the same get up is quite useful for a Luddite like me.
  12. Very slow and sometimes doesn’t load at all, “too many connections”.
  13. The amount of times the terms left wing and right wing get thrown around by people who clearly don't know what they actually mean is quite impressive.
  14. Quite a set on pinky in the centre front.
  15. He had all weekend to think about it and “a test drive to check my eyesight” is the best excuse he could come up with for driving 90 minutes and going for a walk What a strange weekend it’s been for him. That said I think he’s done enough to move on from this, and Boris clearly isn’t going to throw him under the bus. I think there’ll be a few leaks this week about lockdown getting lifted further from 1st June to get the general publics focus away from that of isolation. Can’t wait for that tbh, lockdown can get bent.
  16. The Mirror have also gone in dry on this, calling Johnson a coward and gutless on theIr front page (I didn’t buy it, by the way FFS). Certainly seems like they’re setting it up for more reveals.
  17. I’m still wondering if there’s a photo or other evidence that the papers are holding on to. Best for them to get Cummings and the tories to deny it first then show them up for lying about it.
  18. Cummings due to make a statement and take questions later today.
  19. Yep, he patrols the grounds with his St. Bernard.
  20. Barnard Castle is a town (albeit named after the castle that is houses). Thus I’d expect that the defence to be, if there is to be one, that he was shopping for essential supplies.
  21. They’re not even fully defending him like Boris did, they’re both saying that there should be an investigation. So at odds with the message being put out by the PM.
  22. Spain are already ahead of us socially. Many parts of the country moved to phase 1 of their de-escalation last Monday, bars and restaurants have reopened and groups of up to 10 are allowed to meet up outside with social distancing. Spain is heading for their new normal at phase 4, looking to go into each phase 2 or 3 weeks each time.
  23. Nah, reckon he’ll ride it through. After the success of “get Brexit done” he won’t want to be seen off by this, and Boris will back him.
  24.
  25. Caroline Noakes comes in to bat. https://twitter.com/carolinenokes?ref_src=twsrc%5Egoogle%7Ctwcamp%5Eserp%7Ctwgr%5Eauthor I made my views clear to my whip yesterday. There cannot be one rule for most of us and wriggle room for others. My inbox is rammed with very angry constituents and I do not blame them. They have made difficult sacrifices over the course of the last 9 weeks.
