Rumour has it Boro players have been given the weekend off but will be back in training on Monday. I say rumour because I got it from their forum and you can't believe anything they say right now because their minds are made up that they'll definitely be in the final.

What time is the hearing? I want to make sure I have internet access when the result is announced, plus I need time to prepare AI photos related to whatever the outcome will be.

IMO: Our amazing run in was mostly because we had Premier League quality players still in our line up being played in their best positions, and the other teams don't. Opposition managers have been commenting on that all season. We also had our best Janurary transfer window in years, if not ever, bringing in Peretz and Larin and bringing Bree back. That's why we've gone on a long unbeaten run, not because we potentially spied on a few teams to learn probably not a lot about them that we already knew. Our recent form has nothing to do with the spying.

Not really, but I have regularly been amusing myself by the deluded Boro fans on their forum over the last week days however today they are now utterly convinced that the hearing has already taken place and we will definitely be excluded from the play-offs (and have proof to that effect too) and so instead of being amused by them I am genuinely starting to worry about their mental health. Men in white coats stuff. I think a few virginities need to be taken. Maybe we should send Bonnie Blue up there.

I maintain that a points deduction, whatever it may be, over a 46 game season against inferior opposition in the Championship is not the same punishment as a points deduction over a 38 game season against superior opposition in the Premier League and I hope the club would appeal that. If we were deducted say 3-6 points in the Championship, we'd be able to make that back easily* over a 46 game season and still be in a position to challenge for promotion potentially. If we are deducted 3-6 points in the Premier League we'd probably be looking at certain relegation, even if we did pull off a season like Leeds or Sunderland are having. *I say easily, and then there's Sheffield Wednesday.

Personally thought the BoxPark was good, although probably not what you're looking for. Busy, sure, but plenty of food and drinks outlets so I was never queuing for anything and it never felt overcrowded - I spent a lot of time in the cricket bar place. Would have been nice to have gone somewhere with a garden instead of a balcony on what was such a hot day for the Semi against City but I wanted the atmosphere and it had that by the shedload.

Whatever happens, the truth is that our owner is richer, younger and hunkier than theirs. Probably has more access to weapons too. 😁 I know which Granddad I'd want bouncing me on their knee...
